The cost of the tour in 2011 is $665 per person twin or double share based on a group size of 40-50 passengers, this includes:

• luxury coach travel from Sydney or Melbourne (quotes available for all locations within a  700km radius of Bright)
• coach pick-up from your groups specified location
• 3.5 star quality accommodation – our beautifully refurbished units offer walk-in showers and are all ground floor with easy & convenient access to the coach and restaurant
• fully cooked breakfasts & three course dinners served in our motel restaurant, reserved especially for your group
• morning teas provided from the coach and three BONUS lunches
• professional commentary and entry to all the attractions we visit.

The single supplement is $195, therefore the total cost being $840 per each person requiring a single room. Keeping in mind that we have 24 motel units there are limited single positions available. Please discuss our 2 bedroom units for triple share options or if the group size is to exceed 48.
 

We are also happy to cater for smaller groups, although the cost of the tour will vary:

35-39 passengers    $685pp twin/double share

30-34 passengers    $715pp twin/double share

25-29 passengers    $755pp twin/double share

(single supplement add $195)

A deposit of $50 per person is payable in order to secure your group booking. Cheques can be made payable to Ovens Valley Motor Inn. If a member of your group cannot join the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, their deposit will gladly be refunded. Although, keep in mind the tour cost will vary if numbers drop below the above requirements. It is a great idea to keep a ‘waiting list’ to fill any last minute seats.
