Ovens Valley Motor Inn most highly ranked motel in RACV's 101 Best Places to Stay in Victoria...

The Ovens Valley Motor Inn has been listed in the RACV’s ‘Top 101 Best Places To Stay in Victoria’.  The competition ran for several months on the back of a promotional campaign that asked Victorians to list their favourite accommodation and why, and concluded in early October.

By the end of the competition, the Ovens Valley Motor Inn had received 83 glowing comments from guests, which included the following contributions:

“A great little place to stay. Clean and comfortable a short drive or walk from town and other major attractions, Mt Hotham, Mt Buffalo, Bright town centre and the list goes on. Really enjoyed our stay there and the family who run the accommodation also live there and are very polite and helpful beyond point of call.” - Shane

“An unforgettable weekend. Bright – breathtaking. Breakfast – very yummy! Gardens and grounds – immaculate! Rooms – neat as a pin! Hosts – words can’t describe! Proprietors Simeon and Shannon Crawley said the result was highly meaningful for the business because the competition was based on the feedback of past guests.

“It was so exciting to be a part of this competition because it puts in perspective where The Ovens Valley Motor Inn sits amongst the thousands of accommodation options that people have in Victoria, and to finish No.26 is an honour,” says Simeon.  “The feedback received tells us that the service and facilities we offer at the property continue to exceed guest expectations time after time.”

The Ovens Valley Motor Inn was the most highly ranked motel in the competition and the only property in Bright to make the RACV top 101.
